Thanks for commenting, Sara! Yes, we used Fondant for the first time. NOTE: It does not taste good! We bought the prepackaged stuff that Wilton makes, so now I'm wondering how hard it would be to make our own and give it good flavor. The girls have watched WAY too much Food TV, specifically "Ace of Cakes." They, with help from Dan, actually created the cake - not me. I was in favor of the traditional buy-it-from-Hy-Vee cake!
